France Total Group Points + Panini Sticker Album
You can't have a World Cup without having a Panini sticker album in my opinion.......these things take you back to your childhood as you frantically try and to swap 1 of your 5 Neil Webbs for the Egyptian left back to complete the set. I bought my album on Friday and even ignoring the glaring errors in personel in the teams (SWP, King, Defoe etc...) the thrill of seeing a foil sticker in one still holds strong.
Anyway here at CalvStar myself Mappy and CPA have these albums trying to acheive the holy grail of finishing the book and we are opening up a Panini Swapsie page where we will list waht swapsie's we have and what we need and if you can help then mail us the details of what you have and we can arrange a "drop" somewhere. Because this so important to the site the page is on the left hand toolbar and will be updated daily with the latest news or what we need so if you can help then get mailing!!
Oh and apart from acting like a 11 yeard old all over again I've also been doing some research on the World Cup. With the international friendlies now in full swing as teams tinker with their best XI I've been keeping a close eye on France as I thnk they may go quite well this year......they have a mix of youth and experience.....well they have a lot of old coggers and a couple of really good kids, keep an eye on Ribery this year......the boy is mustard but you may want to use one of the those solar eclipse viewing tools as he's not he prettiest player in the world!!
Anyway I can see them coming through the group stages with ease where they will play the runner up in Group H which I think will eithe rbe Spain or Ukraine........I think that could be a tricky game so the 1.79 available for them to make the final 8 does not strike me as value.....however even money on them getting 7 or more points in the Group......yep I'll take that. I can see them beating both Korea and Togo and havea a funny feeling the game against the Swiss will end in a draw meaning I'll get my 7pts and we can go on
