Winter Season - Sri Lanka v England
England in Sri Lanka
2nd Test Day 2
After the Ricky Hatton fight Sunday morning I decided to stay up to watch the 1st day of this match and because we haven't had any tips on this series yet thought I should get some research done on this. From what I saw the pitch looks like it'll flatten out to be a shirt-front on Days 2 and 3 meaning that Sri Lanka should get the best conditions......not sure about England's bowling attack and wether they can put enough pressure on batsman who have grown on up on these conditions. In the short term at 258-5 I would be suprised to see us get much over 350 to be honest and then see Sri Lanka bat for 2 days solid. Trouble is where to find the prices? The draw is 1.95 which is ridiculous after 1 day of play and 5 wickets down so I'm going to have 1pt laying that (even though I just said about it becoming easier to bat on!!) and with England to score 375 at under evens I will also lay that as Malinga looked extremely dangerous with the new ball. We'll check back tomorrow to see what other prices we can find.
