At this stage of the season the bookies are getting smart about the odds for the first goalscorer.
They have latched onto a few top-scoring midfielders like Lampard & Giannakopolous and the odds have come tumbling down.
This should not put you off, there are still decent value shots out there that deserve a second look.
It is worth considering which teams are currently in good form and towards the top of the premiership.
Blackburn, Everton, West Ham and Newcastle have been on decent runs lately and have been keeping relatively the same team, which cuts out the risk of your bet not being on the field for 90 minutes.
Chelsea and Man United tend to swap the midfielders around, Liverpool have not scored much apart from this week and Arsenal still have major injuries, causing their form to be erratic.
Pederson (Blackburn) and Benayoun have had a few games back after injury and are worth a punt.
Arteta has been close to scoring on numerous occasions recently and playing at home against a weak Villa side, he should see plenty of the ball. Finally Solano has been on fire recently and its time to keep the faith. He is always dangerous from set pieces and is not to be missed.
