Celebrity Big Brother

Here we go........

Well BB started last night and 4 of our resident tipsters tuned in to see what all the fuss was about.....a few of us are holding back a little until the dust settles but CPA is straight in with a couple of value tips. Here are CPA's and CalvStars thoughts on the leading contenders

CPA's First Thoughts

Barrymore is my favourite, he is in to 4.3 with Betfair, which is a bit short as he could go off the rails. He did get a fantastic reception from the crowd though, and you forget how big a star he actually was.

Preston is going to be a stonger contender, I have no idea who he is, but he seems a grounded person and will get the votes in and will not do a lot to upset people. CALVSTAR BET 2 points to win @ 5.7

George Galloway will be a strong player. Never liked the guy much but has come across quite well so far. Will never win it but his price will flutulate so will be a good person to trade in and out of.

Dennis Rodman is 40's at Betfair at the moment, why?? I thought he was an American legend. Ok we will never win Big Brother as the general public do not vote for foregniers and ethnic's minorities never do well on these programmes. His price will surely drop though as apparently he is a bit of a character. CALVSTAR BET 1 point to win @ 40. Will trade this price when it drops.

That leaves one person left Maggot, this person is everything that is wrong with British society today. How is this person 5's on Betfair. He is no Bez and surely his price will drift.

CalvStar's First Thoughts

A real rag-tag bunch this......I also think Barrymore is going to be around till the end but am not sure how he'll cope with everyone in the house and being "funny" 24/7 might not suit him and a blowout could occur....I'll wait before taking a position on him. I have a feeling the "Other" market will be quite profitable as they usually bring in someone new and there seems to be a lack of the "pretty boy" face that previous years have had so the 20 price I have seen will be dabbled in by my good self.

The other big prices I like are Galloway and Lenska....both of these seem capable of holding a conversation and with no real enemies at the moment and I think they might be slow burners so will take the prices now and hope they come down when we can trade out for a nice profit. I'm very tempted to lay Burns now at 16's but it's to high to risk so much but I'm sure he can't win but I'll hope his price drifts a bit lower and then take it on so watch this space....

I'm waiting for the Top 3 and Best Male/Female markets to come up and will be playing these markets mostly with Maggott a keen lay but we will see what happens in the next few days......
