Hunger down Under

So its all off and running, everyone is starting to settle in and annoy the hell out of each other. The bitching is gathering pace and won't be long before we see the first fallout.

The first three bush-tucker trials have seen only 4 stars collected, which means only 4 meals to share between 9 of them. It's a good job Elaine Lordan has left as it means more for the rest. I've got to say she looked a little unstable from the word go and was no surprise to me when she left.

I have been sadly disappointed by the lack of flesh on show from the young blondes. We can only hope the temperature hots up and the likes of Jenny Frost and Kimberley Davies decide to take a leisurely swim. As for Jilly Goolden and Carol Thatcher they can keep it behind closed doors.

The clear favourite at the moment is Sid Owen, the cheeky chappy who seems to appeal to most. He gets on with most of the group and will draw in the votes when it is needed.

My article earlier in the week expressed some caution on betting too early, but I believe now is the time for a punt. To quote the great Calvstar it just might be the time to "go down to B & Q" grab a wheelbarrow and plough into Sid to be a top three finish.

Although Jenny Frost has had a quiet start I expect her to come into her own in the next few days and could be a real pull with the voters.

Surprisingly David Dickinson, good old "cheap as chips" himself is doing well and showing there is more to his personality that an orange tan. I will be watching his progress over the next few days.
